Be Happy for Others, Manifest Faster
Do you find yourself struggling to manifest? How do you feel when you see a friend or peer succeed and have what you want?
Do you feel happy and joyous? Or do you feel jealous and resentful? It’s ok if you’re judgmental, we all react that way at some point, and it’s actually a good thing! Let me explain.
When you see someone else succeed and you get negative feelings about it, that’s actually a great sign for you, because it is letting you know exactly what you want. It’s letting you know that you want the partner, the relationship, the house... Or even the feelings of love and joy that they seem to exude.
When you are triggered by someone's success, it is a message letting you know this is something you want. Feelings are messengers, the more you'll learn to pay attention to them and their meaning, the easier life will get. So what’s important here is not the feelings themselves, it’s what you do with the messages they deliver to you.
I used to judge people who were successful and got great opportunities as a result. I wanted what they had, but instead of being happy for them, I was constantly creating separation between myself and success by judging people for having opportunities I didn’t have.
And it doesn't even have to be a full-blown lash-out. It can be as simple and sneaky as telling yourself: “Well it’s easy to get this kind of opportunity when you have that much money”, or "It’s easy to get amazing opportunities when you have that many followers”... That’s it.
You don’t have to say anything more to create separation between you and something you want. You have to be careful about this, because every time you create separation between yourself and something you actually want, you’re sending signals to the Universe that you don’t want it. And it’s going to be that much harder to get it.
So now, when I see people online sharing about their great opportunities or having life experiences that I want to have, I feel happy for them! I get myself into feelings of joy thinking that one day it’ll be me. I give gratitude because seeing them having it, means that I can have it too.
If it exists, I can have it.
Celebrating other people’s success will help you attract the same kind of success in your life. If you celebrate people’s victories like it’s your own, you are aligning yourself with the energy of that success and are therefore attracting it to yourself. How wonderful is this?!
You can attract anything in your life by matching its frequency. Match the frequency of being in love if you want to attract a relationship, match the energy of being a business owner if that’s something you want. Likes attract likes.
This year I added pictures of happy couples on my vision board because I am starting to manifest my life partner, and when I look at them I don’t despise them because they look happy. When I look at those pictures, I feel joy, I feel love, and I have stars in my eyes thinking that one day I will have a loving partner to smile with in pictures.
To match the energy of something you don’t have yet, a great technique is visualization. Going on Instagram, Pinterest, or YouTube, looking at people who have what you want, and focusing on the feelings of what it would feel like to have it, is a visualization technique. You are using your eyes, inner vision, and feelings to bring that picture into your life.
I mean, I’ve manifested so much with that technique, I manifested jobs, relationships, money... you name it! It’s one of my favorite manifestation techniques.
Next time you see a post on Instagram that’s triggering you, ask yourself, why do I feel these feelings? What is it letting me know about myself and what I want?
Once you’ve identified what it is that you want, you can practice being happy for others, celebrate the people who have what you want, and congratulate them! That'll get you on the fast track to attracting it into your life.
